Sharni Vison, an Australian American actor and dancer, was born on the 22nd of July 1983 in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson debuted as an actor in 2001, when she portrayed the role of a woman as a character in Home and Away, a soap-opera in Australia. Her performance in that limited character was so impressive that the casting agent for the show requested to cast her in the major role in the series. She auditioned however for the part but wasn't chosen. Instead in the same series she played the character Cassie Turner who was an unruly teenager that was in foster care. To honor her performance the show, she received two nominations in The Young Artist Awards. She became a highly successful actress on television and film, starring in movies such as A Friend to Die For which was released in 1994 A Carol Christmas (2003) and The Last Sharknado : It's Time (2018). In the following years, she began to appear in independent movies like The House of Yes released in 1997. Scary movie 2 in 2001 Kiss the Bride (2007) and Izzie's Road Home (2016). In 2016, she reprised her role as Donna Martin in Beverly Hills 90210's spinoff Beverly Hills 90210: The spinoff.
